Whole30 Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Pecans, and Apples
Simple and tasty sheet pan bake that is perfect for any time of day and reheats well so it is perfect as leftovers.
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with coconut oil.
  2. Add all ingredients except sausage to a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add mixture onto baking sheet making sure food is in one layer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring at the 15 minute mark.
  3. While mixture is cooking, cut up the sausages into bite sized pieces. At 30 minutes, add the meat to the baking sheet and stir well. Cook for another 15 minutes until the potatoes and meat are cooked.
Recipe Notes

If you can do eggs, a fried egg on top is delicious! If you like your food spicy, you can add ground cayenne pepper to the mixture or top with compliant hot sauce.
